True Body Connection has been created to provide genuine support for those struggling with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity and others. Our philosophy is to truly understand a person’s journey with weight gain and health concerns and to look closely at what has impacted their health and their life.
Understanding this journey and honouring where each person is, allows for real individualised support which is the key to developing genuine doable strategies that can support change and improved health.
In my professional practice, I combine many of the best strategies from nutrition science and eating psychology and focus on each client’s individual circumstances. As we work together in this way, eating and health issues become a place of exploration and this often becomes the key to true healing, health, vitality and weight loss.

Kerrie is a Mind Body Nutrition Coach and Psychology of Eating Practitioner and takes a very holistic approach to eating challenges, health concerns and weight loss.
Kerrie trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Colorado, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology.
This training has provided Kerrie with powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable her to provide support to people with food related challenges, weight and body image challenges and the many associated health issues.
