True Body Connection has been created to provide genuine support for those struggling with stress related health conditions, weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity and others. It is very important to Kerrie to understand each person’s journey which relates to their current level of health, health conditions, affects of stress, weight concerns and quality of life and to look closely at what has impacted on their health and their life.
Understanding their journey and honouring where each person is, allows for true individualised support which is the key to developing genuine doable strategies that can support change and improved health. Working in this way through Health and wellness programs in business and organisations also can have a very tangible and positive impact, not only on employees, but also on absenteeism, connection within the workplace and productivity.
In my professional practice, I combine many of the best strategies from nutrition science and the eating psychology and stress management, and focus on each client’s individual circumstances. As we work together in this way, stress related conditions, eating and health issues all become a place of exploration and this often becomes the key to true healing, health, vitality.

It is such a pleasure to be able to work one on one with clients to uncover their most effective strategies to overcome health and wellness challenges, which literally can change their lives in so many ways. To witness their health, self confidence, self love and pleasure in life improve is such a joy
Many of my clients had struggled with digestive issues, body image concerns and weight related issues and through my studies in Mind Body Nutrition, it became very clear why current diet plans, exercise programs and existing support for eating challenges only work for a short time (if at all). I truly appreciated the holistic approach this training and my experiences in the Health and Wellness industry has enabled me to develop and the very specific and relevant knowledge I have gained to support people in such a powerful way.
My genuine excitement is not just about supporting people to improve their health and wellness, reduce the affects of stress, improve their relationship with food, or to attain their natural body weight… it is about bringing pleasure back into people’s lives, helping them find more self-confidence, self-expression, self love and health and vitality. All of these benefits come from each person being able to connect into their own body wisdom and live from that place with a more in-depth understanding of what supports them best.
