It does not matter the age, sex or lifestyle of most people, the pressures of life, family and work can take a huge toll on everyone’s health and wellbeing. Stress is a major contributor to many health issues that people are experiencing and unfortunatley, most people are functioning in an ongoing stress response without actually recognising this. Others know they are affected by stress, but do not know how to get off the treadmill.
My presentations on Health and Wellbeing are tailored to each specific audience, whether it be people working in a factory, in an office environment, or employees or clients within a not-for-profit organisation.
I incorporate an an in-depth understanding of how stress impacts our body and easy strategies for people to incorporate in everyday life to reduce the stress in their body.
The presentations are always very interactive and include mindful eating exercises (which everyone enjoys), examples of how stress affects specific functions in our bodies and practical examples which provide people with so many light bulb moments.
Most businesses will have staff members who are struggling with the impacts of stress and this can affect the business in many ways. Often, productivity can be low, mental clarity can be reduced, more sick days are required, lack of motivation because of exhaustion can occur…and concentration often suffers.
How each person deals with stress will vary and the impact of stress is often increased by peoples thoughts, movements and eating habits. Where people choose to eat their meals, when they eat and what state they are in when they eat, can dramatically affect digestion and metabolism, resulting in further health conditions, including inflammation and weight issues.
I provide fascinating information around much of these topics which can have a very positive impact on people. When people tune in to what is happening in their body, it not only impacts and improves their health, but also the health of those around them…and is extremely powerful as it also highlights the importance of self love and self nurturing and the the power of thought.

Meet your Health and Wellbeing Presenter
Hi, my name is Kerrie Cox. I am a certified Psychology of Eating Practitioner and Mind Body Nutrition Coach. I trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology, where I received my certification in Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology.
In IPE’s internationally acclaimed program, I learned powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable me to work with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns, such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and the impact of stress in the body, plus much more. My work combines the powerful fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition.
The skills I use from this Training are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.
These skills also provide me with a wide knowledge base to bring valuable information and support to businesses and organisations looking to provide staff with health and wellbeing training that is relevant, up to date, interesting and can make a real difference in peoples lives.

Workshops for Women
True Body Connection provides an amazing 9 week workshop ‘transforming your health weight and vitality’ which is achieving life changing results for women each week as they progress through the workshop. These transformational workshops allow women of all ages to reset their priorities and come away with the knowledge of how they can support themselves in so many areas. They learn to develop a deeper level of self-care, reduce the impact of stress, have a healthier relationship with food, understand how to successfully address weight issues and feel true joy with who they are and how they feel about their body.
